Website use
This website belongs to Gallatin HVAC Repair Pro ("we," "us"). By using it, you agree not to misuse it: no scraping our content for resale, no attempting to disrupt the site, and no submitting false information through our forms. Our content, images, and branding are ours; please don't republish them without permission.
Quotes and pricing
Every job starts with a written quote you approve before work begins. The quoted price covers the agreed scope of work and is the price you pay. If we discover additional issues mid-job, we stop, explain what we found, and get your written approval before proceeding. Cost ranges published on our cost guide are typical ranges for the Gallatin area, not binding quotes.
Scheduling and cancellations
We'll confirm your appointment window and do our best to hit it. If we're delayed, we'll tell you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is completed to your satisfaction, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing for larger projects. We accept standard payment methods, which we'll confirm when you book.
Warranties
Our labor is warrantied, and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Exact warranty terms for your job appear on your written quote. If our workmanship fails within the warranty period, we'll return and make it right at no charge. Warranties don't cover failures caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or unrelated system issues, and we'll be straight with you about which is which.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under Tennessee consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our business evolves. The version on this page is the current one. If you have questions, call (615) 412-2495 and ask.
Common questions
Terms questions
These terms cover your use of our website and the basics of how our HVAC services work: quotes, scheduling, payment, warranties, and cancellations. Specific jobs are governed by the written quote or agreement you approve before work begins.
Yes. The written price we quote is the price you pay for the agreed scope of work. If we discover something unexpected mid-job, we stop and get your approval before doing anything beyond the original scope.
Our labor is warrantied, and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. The exact terms depend on the job and are spelled out on your written quote. If a repair we performed fails within the warranty period, we come back and make it right.
